Client Statements

All account values on client statements are converted to Canadian currency regardless of the account type or currency. For example, funds shown as being held in a US Cash account will be shown in Canadian funds not US funds.

Business Continuity Plan

As members of IIROC, in the event of a significant business disruption, Retire First is pleased to implement the following Business Continuity Plan for the benefit of our clients.
Clients who have online access will experience no delay in accessing their account information. Those without online access will still phone or email us for account information and trading and may experience a maximum 4 hour delay while services are restored. Our carrying broker, Fidelity Clearing Canada is headquartered in Toronto,  so a natural disaster in Red Deer will not impede client access for any extended length of time.
